END USER AGREEMENT for WEBSITE

COPYRIGHT and TRADEMARKS

All trademarks, service marks and trade names of the App used herein are trademarks or registered marks of sestragroup Inc.
Upon installation, End User shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble the App.

REPRESENTATIONS and WARRANTIES
The End User warrants to sestragroup, Inc. that she / he has the capacity and power to enter into and perform and comply with the terms, conditions and obligations under this Agreement.
sestragroup, Inc. does not warrant or make any representation as to the accuracy or reliability of the use of the materials in the App.

GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE OF ACTION
This Agreement shall be governed, construed, and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be referred to and resolved by litigation in the proper court of Iloilo City to the exclusion of all other courts or tribunals.
Nothing herein shall prevent the Parties from resolving all disputes by mutual consultation, mediation or arbitration. The venue of the proceedings shall exclusively be in Iloilo City.

sestragroup, Inc. is committed to protecting personal information, personal data and privileged information of the data subject under the Data Privacy Act of 2012
By accepting, agreeing or abiding by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the data subject consents to the collection, gathering, processing and data sharing of personal information, personal data, and privileged information.

sestragroup, Inc. or QURE.PH values intellectual property and adheres to and complies with intellectual property law.
Fair use is the copyright regulation that allows the limited use of copyrighted materials without acquiring permission from the right holders for comment and education purposes. Views, articles and images on this site may contain copyrighted material which has not always been specifically authorized by the copyright owner.
